Our Guarantee
Holly Home warranties all its products to be of the first quality and to be free of manufacturing defects, except where a manufacturer's warranty is in force. Holly Home guarantees all installations to be completely free from defects in workmanship for a period of one year as per the regulations of the California State Contractors Board. Holly Home will also assist the buyer in obtaining satisfaction for any claim against a manufacturer for defective merchandise during the period the manufacturer's warranty is in force.
Holly Home makes no other warranties, express or implied, as to any merchandise carrying a manufacturer's warranty which inures to the benefit of the buyer. Holly Home's liability is limited to replacement or reinstallation of merchandise of an equal or similar value. In no event will Holly Home be liable for any incidental or consequential damages. All implied warranties are limited to the duration of this warranty.
